The Alliance Business Cloud is an HTTP-based service for hosting Alliance Business Suite Instances and other kinds of applications. These can be developed in your favorite language, be it .NET, .NET Core, Java, Ruby, Node.js, PHP, or Python. Applications run and scale with ease on both Windows and Linux-based environments.

Basic self-help resources are included for all Fenix Alliance customers at no additional cost. For one-on-one technical support, you need a paid support plan.

Enterprise Agreement customers can purchase Alliance Business Cloud Standard or Professional Direct technical support through their reseller or Fenix Alliance sales representative. Developer support isn't available through an Enterprise Agreement. For customers interested in Unified support, contact a Fenix Alliance sales representative.
